Return and refund

No parts can be returned after 30 days.

Returns must be authorized by our company’s representative.

A restocking fee of 25% will be charged on all goods returned, unless returned as having manufacturer’s defect. All sales of seals, gaskets and electrical items are final. Freight charges must be prepaid on all return shipments by the buyer.

All returned items will be inspected before refunds are given. Items must be returned in new un-used condition and contain all original materials (if included).

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Items returned in damaged condition will not be accepted.

If you’d like to order OEM item, please check return options with your sales representative. Some of OEM items may be non-returnable.

Warranty is 6 months. To apply for warranty you need to provided pictures of the item, your machine’s serial and model number and detailed description of the problem.
